The new incarnation of the classic tale of the Big, Bad Wolf has a district Island infusion.
Alexandria Maillot plays Red Riding Hood’s sister in Red Riding Hood, now in theatres.
Maillot’s Vancouver Island resume is extensive. She has lived everywhere from Nanaimo to Courtenay and has family from Ladysmith.
Maillot left the Island a few months ago and was lucky enough to sink her teeth into the silver screen when settled in the Lower Mainland, where the movie was filmed.
Maillot it was an incredible experience working on a big-budget production in her first role.
“I can’t believe I was able to have that opportunity.”
